Home Staging
Home Staging is a professional technique for preparing and presenting a home prior to sale or rent. The objective is to achieve the maximum potential of the property and thus significantly increase the chances of a quick sale or rental.
Research has shown that a professionally prepared home can sell for 10-15% more than the competition.
By re-organising furniture, artwork, de-cluttering and employing other specialist techniques we can ensure that your home looks at its very best when buyers come to view.
However, the service does not mean you need to spend large amounts of money. The initial consultation - which lasts about three hours for a typical three bedroomed house - will give you all the information you need to prepare your home yourself. Alternatively, we would be happy to manage the whole process for you.
The budget and our involvement in the process always remains entirely within your control.

Typical Costs:
- Initial consultation for a typical three bedroom house - £125.
- Additional rooms - £25 each.
- Hourly rate for work carried out after consultation - £30.
- If your property is worth £250,000, the fee for our initial consultation works out at about 0.05% of its value - the maths add up!
